Target Workout Stages
& Fitness Levels
All of our videos are available in 4 stages
to suit your level of fitness.
Stage 1
These exercises are performed at a slower
pace with more rest between exercises, less
repetitions and lighter resistance.
Target Members:
-Individuals looking to get back into shape
-Individuals considered obese looking for
low impact exercise routines
-Older individuals looking to increase joint
strength and muscle flexibility
Stage 2
These exercises are performed at a moderate
pace using increased weight resistance, repetitions
and additional exercise equipment.
Target Members:
-Average individuals with no known health
conditions wanting to begin an exercise program
-Individuals considered moderately obese,
but not restricted in movement and stamina
-Individuals who have finished rehabilitation
programs for prior injuries Stage
3
These exercises are designed to increase cardio
and strength utilizing higher levels of resistance,
more repetitions and advanced movement techniques.
Target Members:
-Individuals considered physically fit
-Individuals looking to supplement their existing
exercise routine
-Individuals wanting to maintain their current
physical condition while improving their overall
general health Stage 4
These exercises consist of high level cardio/resistance
workouts consisting of increased repetitions,
heavier weights and more challenging routines.
Target Members:
-Individuals who participate in sports on
a regular basis
-Individuals looking to maximize muscle building
and cardio fitness
-Individuals who workout regularly looking
to supplement their current exercise program
